Michele was born in Arizona into a family of 6 children being second to the youngest. She remembers watching her father’s passion in drafting landscape & house plans at an early age. This was the driving force for her enthusiasm in perfecting the home and organizing space. In 1998 she graduated from Utah State University with a Bachelors in Interior Design and an emphasis in Photography that eventually led her to marry her photography teacher Chris Dunker. Soon after her marriage, she started Michele Dunker Interiors. Her firm has continued to grow since 1999 with examples of her work all over Utah. If you can’t find Michele designing, she is off on a bike ride, golfing or snow skiing with her family and friends.
